LOT 1 – Procurement of one (1) hybrid SUV (4WD).

LOT 2 - Procurement of one (1) Petrol SUV (4WD).  

SOURCE OF FINANCE  : Government of Seychelles

Project Title: Procurement of Vehicles

Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed motor vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject: Procurement of Two (2) Vehicles (SUV) to be used for regular site visits    

Period of Delivery : Three (3) Months from Date of Confirmation or availability of stock for immediate purchase.

Access to Tender Dossier : The Tender Dossiers can be obtained at the SLTA’s Head Office at Huteau Lane Mahe as of Tuesday 02^nd November 2021 as from 9:00am to 2:00p.m

Closing Date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Monday 08^th November, 2021 at 2:00 pm.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT OF

TWO (2) SUV  -- SLTA”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED  AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE  BEFORE  10.30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 15^TH NOVEMBER, 2021.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30 A.M (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
