Project Title: Procurement for the Commercial Waste Collection Services – La Digue.

Eligibility:  This Invitation for Bids is open to all locally registered and licensed Waste

Collection Service Contractors on La Digue only.

Period of Delivery: Twelve (12) months Contract from the notice to commence.

Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the SPA Office, La Passe

 La Digue as from 9.00am to 3.00pm Monday 08th November, 2021 to Friday 12th November 2021 against a non-refundable fee of SCR 150.00

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-tender meeting/site visit scheduled on

Monday 15th November, 2021 at 0930hrs. The meeting point is SPA Office, La Passe, La Digue.

Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during the Evaluation Stages.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE: COMMERCIAL WASTE COLLECTION (LA DIGUE)”, ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE SPA AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX AT THE SPA OFFICE, LA PASSE, LA DIGUE NOT LATER THAN 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 25TH NOVEMBER, 2021. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOMED TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING.

Submission of Tender Dossier: 

ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
