SUPPLY OF SKIP BINS AND SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Eligibility: This Invitation for Bids is open to all locally registered and licensed Waste Collection
Service Contractors with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience.
The Contractor should have a minimum of four (4) skip bins to ensure continuous service rotation.
Period of Delivery: Two (2) Year Contract from the notice to commence.
Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from SCAA Head Office, Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue as from Tuesday 09th November to Monday 15th November 2021 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs against a non-refundable fee of SCR.300.00.
Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license/or Business registration upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-tender meeting/site visit scheduled on Wednesday 17th November 2021 at 0930hrs. The meeting point is at Domestic Terminal.
Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during the Evaluation Stages.
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “SUPPLY OF SKIP BINS AND SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AT SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT”, ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, NOT LATER THAN 1000HRS ON TUESDAY 30TH NOVEMBER 2021. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOMED TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING. |
Submission of Tender Dossier:
ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
