TENDER FOR THE CLEANING & TREATMENT OF CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS

 Conditions

-       The tender is opened to locally licensed and registered companies/suppliers only.

-       All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR).

-       The successful bidder will have to ensure that delivery is made as per Delivery Schedule set by the Immigration Department.

The tender documents can be obtained from the Administration Office, Immigration and Civil Status, 1^st Floor Independence House Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles as from 9.00am on Friday 12^th November, 2021 uponpayment of a non-refundable fee of SR150. The closing date for the collection of tender’s dossier shall be Thursday 18^th November 2021 at 3.00 PM.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “TENDER FOR THE CLEANING & TREATMENT OF THE CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS” AND PLACED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE MONDAY 06^TH DECEMBER, 2021 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00AM. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

Bidders are welcome to attend a pre-tender meeting scheduled for Friday 19^th November, 2021 at 9.00hrs on the 1^st Floor Conference Room, Immigration Department, Independence House.

Please note that it is compulsory for bidders to attend the pre-tender meeting as failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will lead to bids being declared as unresponsive during the Evaluation process.
