- Tender is open to all local registered/ licensed companies/ suppliers only
- The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within two (2) months from Date of Award.
- Samples of items required will be viewed during the pre -bid meeting.
- All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR)
Bidders may inspect the bidding document before purchasing.
Interested bidders are informed that bidding document can be obtain from the Account Section, Seychelles Land Transport Agency, Huteau Lane, Victoria as of Wednesday 17th November, 2021 to Tuesday 23rd November, 2021 from 8:00am to 12:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150.00. No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE FOR SLTA” AND SUBMITTED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARAIT (NTB),1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 11:00AM(SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 02ND DECEMBER, 2021. BIDS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00AM ON THURSDAY 02ND DECEMBER 2021 AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING.
LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER. |
Bidders are invited to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Wednesday 24th November 2021 at 10:00 am at the Seychelles Land Transport Agency Conference Room, Huteau Lane, Victoria. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during the Evaluation process.
