Subject  : Procurement of x1 Vehicle               

Period of Delivery  : Three (3) Months from Date of Confirmation or availability of stock for immediate purchase.

Access to Tender Dossier :   The Tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Judiciary Supreme Court, Palais des Justice, Ile Du Port, Mahe as of Monday 22nd November 2021 as from 9:00am to 2:00p.m

Closing Date for Dossier  :   The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 26th November, 2021 at 2:00 pm.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Submission of Tenders :

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLE - JUDICIARY”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE  BEFORE  10.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 02ND DECEMBER, 2021.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00 A.M (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOMED TO ATTEND THE OPENING.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
