Bidders are eligible to participate in One (1) or all lots and will be eligible to

be awarded with one or both lots.

Eligibility  : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed, registered and/or authorized agent dealers or distributors of tires operating in Seychelles.  

Period of Delivery :  CIF; SPTC Warehouse, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles

In four to six consignments, shipped in 40ft containers of not less than 240 tyres per container

First Shipment, 1 40ft container, ETA Seychelles 12 weeks from the date of contract award

Balance shipment to be confirmed by SPTC upon copy Bill of Lading of previous Shipment

Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Seychelles Public Transport

Corporation, Head Office, Bus Terminal, Victoria, Mahé (Reception Desk), as

 of Wednesday 29th December, 2021 to Thursday 06th January 2022 duringthe hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm.

The Bidding Document shall be purchased at a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00. Bidders are allowed to inspect the documents prior to purchase. No Bidding Document shall be made available past this deadline period.

Submission of Tender Dossier 

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT OF RADIAL-PLY TYRES”, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board and deposited in the Tender Box at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria not later than 1000hrs Seychelles Time (SCT) on Wednesday 19th January 2022

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10hrs Seychelles Time (SCT) on Wednesday 19th January 2022at the National Tender Board.

ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED
