PROCUREMENT OF WATER METERS FOR DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  • Elster Kent Metering Pty Ltd (regional branch based in South Africa)
  • Ningbo Water Meter (GROUP) Co. Ltd (China)
  • Kaifeng Shengda Water Meter Co. Ltd (China)
  • Anand Water Meter Mfg Co. (P) Ltd.
  • B METERS s.r.l. (Italy)

Interested participants must submit their interest along with the following mandatory documents:

  1. Manufacturers name and address and if applicable exporter or trader name and address.
  2. In case of exporter or trader; Manufacturers certificate authorizing exporter or trader to offer their product are required.
  3. Conformité Européenne (CE) Certification.
  4. Certificate from Chamber of Commerce in country of origin confirming (1) Manufacturers name/address, (2) Products manufactured, (3) whether manufacturer is ISO 9001/ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001.
  5. Meteorological Approval Certification
  6. Manufacturer’s technical details and literature of meter to be supplied.
  7. Detailed Manufacturers certificate of analysis including test, standard and method used.
  8. Details of past supplies of similar delivery executed in the field of supply of potable water distribution products within the past 3 years to show capability of undertaking such supplies.
