SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT

Conditions

-        The tender is opened to locally licensed and registered companies/suppliers only.

-        All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR).

-        The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made as per Delivery Schedule set by the Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs.

-        Duration for delivery is three (3) months upon award of contract.

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER:

Tender Documents will be available from Tuesday 22^nd February 2022 to Monday

28^th February 2022, from 9am to 2pm at the Accounts Section, 2nd Floor, Oceangate House, Room 235 at the Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs at a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 per document.  Bidders are allowed to inspect the documents prior to purchase.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, SUPPLYAND INSTALLATION OF FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT” AND PLACED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE Thursday 10^th March 2022 at 10:30am. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

Bidders are welcome to attend a pre-tender meeting scheduled as described in the solicitation document (1^st & 2^nd page). Please note that it is compulsory for bidders to attend the pre-tender meetings as failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will lead to bids being declared as unresponsive during the Evaluation process.
