Performance Period  :  (6) SIX MONTHS FROM THE NOTICE OF COMMENCE

Access to tender Dossier      : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Seychelles Public Transport Corporation, Head Office, Bus Terminal, Victoria, Mahé (Reception Desk), as of Wednesday 2^nd March, 2022 duringthe hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm uponpayment of a non-refundable fee of SR 250.

Closing date for Dossier :  The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 9^th March 2022 at 3:00pm

Site Visit : A mandatory site information/site visit has been organized as of follows:

Failure to attend the site information meetings/site visits will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation stages of the tender.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED ‘’SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF NETWORK CABLING” AND DEPOSITED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE NOT LATER THAN 10:30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 24^TH MARCH 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING ON THURSDAY 24^TH MARCH 2022 at 10:30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER
