Eligibility:

  • The tender is opened to all local and international licensed suppliers;
  • The bidders should have experience in supplying IT Equipment and Hardware’s to Government Organisations/Departments or private companies in Seychelles for more than two (2) years;
  • All pricings should be provided in Seychelles rupees (SR) for local suppliers and in USD/GBP/EURO/SGD for International Licensed Suppliers. The Currency exchange rate that will be use will be the conversion rate by the Central Bank of Seychelles on the day of bid submission;
  • Authorised resellers Certificate and Documentary Proof that the Equipment are genuine;
  • Specifications are included in Appendix III of the Price Schedules.

Period of Delivery: Within Six (6) weeks from award of Contract.

Access to Tender Documents:

The tender document can be obtained from Mr. Dereck Volcy, via email at dereck@fsaseychelles.sc as from Friday 04th March, 2022, between 8.30 a.m. to 3p.m. The closing date for requesting the tender dossier shall be Monday 14th March, 2022 at 12.00p.m. Any queries, remarks and/or suggestions shall be sent by email to Mr. Dereck Volcy, Procurement Manager before Thursday 31st March, 2022. All clarifications or addendum will be forwarded to all bidders who have requested a copy of the tender documents.

Submission of Tender Documents:

Tenders must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Procurement of IT Equipment, Mobile Phones and Consumables” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board.

Bidders can also opt to submit their bids electronically via email with the heading of “Procurement of IT Equipment, Mobile Phones and Consumables” at  ntbtenderbox@gov.sc, not later than  Tuesday 12th April, 2022 at 10.00 a.m. Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00 a.m. Any bids received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder.
