Conditions

  • The tender is opened to locally licensed and registered companies/suppliers only.
  • All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR).
  • All the above goods are to be delivered at SLTA’s store at Zone 20, Providence, within a period of 3 months after the signing of contract

Bidders may inspect the bidding document before purchasing.

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document can be obtain from the SLTA’s Account Office at Huteau Lane, Victoria as of  Monday 7th March, 2022 to Friday11th March, 2022 from 09:00am to 01:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150.00.  No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

Bidders are invited to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Monday 14th March, 2022 at 10:30 amat the SLTA’s Head Office conference room, Huteau Lane, Victoria. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during the Evaluation process.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “PROCUREMENT OF 2000 STREETLIGHTS” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA NO LATER THAN 10:30 AM ON MONDAY 28TH MARCH 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30 AM ON MONDAY 28TH MARCH, 2022. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
