Conditions

  • The tender is opened to all local and international licensed suppliers of workshop machineries and tools;
  • The tender has been divided into Five (5) Lots. Bidder is eligible to participate in one (1) Lot or for All Lots in the Tender. However, upon awarding of contract a bidder can be awarded with all of the lots or only one (1) lot.
  • The bidders should have experience in supplying workshop machineries and tools to Government Organisations/Departments or private companies in Seychelles for more than 2 years;
  • All pricings should be provided in Seychelles rupees (SR) for local suppliers and in USD/GBP/EURO for International Licensed Suppliers. The Currency exchange rate that will be use will be the conversion rate by the Central Bank of Seychelles on the day of bid submission;
  • Authorised resellers certificate and Documentary proof machineries and tools are genuine shall be provided;

Submission of Tender;

BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER, EITHER ELECTRONICALLY OR MANUALLY.
