TENDER FOR BUS SERVICES FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILDREN FOR SWIMMING PROGRAMME.

Scope of Service

The Scope shall entail the following:

  • Required a range from 25-30 Seater Bus.
  • Provision of Bus services include driver to drop off children and pick them up at the designated destination for swimming programme.
  • Contract Duration – Up to December 2022

 Qualification Criteria:

  • Applicants should be private licensed operated service provider.
  • Applicant must demonstrate financial stability and source to sustain the operation.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience doing similar services.
  • Drivers must have 5 years driving experience with class 5 license.
  • Should have insurance cover either Comprehensive or Third Party, and in both cases with full passenger insurance liability.

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document can be obtained from the Accounts Section, Ministry of Education, Mont Fleuri as of Tuesday 05th April 2022 up to Monday 11th April 2022 from 10:00am to 3:00 pm upon a non-refundable fee of SR.150.00.  No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Tuesday 12th April 2022 at 10:30 pm at the Ministry of Education, Procurement Section. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during evaluation process.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT OF PRIVATE BUS SERVICES TO TRANSPORT PRIMARY SCHOOLS CHILDREN FOR SWIMMING PROGRAMME” and deposited at the National Tender Board, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Republic of Seychelles before 11:00am Seychelles Time on Wednesday 20th April 2022.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 11:00am on Wednesday 20th April 2022. at the National Tender Board. Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session. 

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
