  • Tender is open to all local registered/ licensed companies/ service providers only
  • Contract Period – Two (2) years
  • All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR)

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document can be obtain from the Account Section, National Sports Council, Roche Caiman or Swimming Pool Complex Eve Island -Baie Ste Anne Praslin or Sports Complex at La Digue as of Thursday 21st April, 2022 to Wednesday 27th April, 2022 as from 10:00am to 3:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150.00.  No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period. Bidders may inspect the bidding document before purchasing.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the Pre-Bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during the Evaluation process.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS:

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “REF-NSC/01/2022 -Procurement of Waste Collection and Cleaning of bins at NSC premises’’ and deposited in the Tender Box Located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, Maison de Mahe, Victoria or at the Swimming Pool Eve Island- Baie Ste Anne Praslin or at the Sports Complex on La Digue before10:00am (Seychelles Time) on Tuesday 17th May, 2022

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00am (Seychelles Time) on Tuesday 17th May, 2022 at the National Tender Board.

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER
