Eligibility: All locally registered labour contractors on Praslin who can provide the service in line with PUC’s scope of work within the specified time frame.

Subject: Bids are invited for the provisions of waste bin collection services on PUC premises on Praslin

Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained via email ID zfinesse@puc.sc cc nchetty@puc.sc or hard copy from the PUC’s Security Post at PUC’s Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin, as from Wednesday 27th April 2022 to Thursday 05th May 2022 from 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs. (Seychelles time) No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.

Pre-bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Friday 06th May 2022 at 10:00 am at PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin, Meeting Room.

Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted right after the pre-bid meeting on Friday 06th May 2022.

Submission of Tender:  Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, Public Utilities Corporation, Head Office, Electricity House, Roche Caiman and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “WASTE BIN COLLECTION SERVICES ON PUC PREMISES - PRASLIN” and deposited in the tender box located at the PUC Security Post at the PUC’s Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Friday 20th May 2022 at 10:00 am.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Friday 20th May 2022 at 10:00 am at the PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne Praslin, Meeting Room.
