Project Title

: Services for Obstacle Survey at the Seychelles International Airport

Eligibility

: Contractors/Agencies having adequate expertise in the field of obstacle survey for aviation purposes using World Geodetic System – 1984 (WGS84) and who are thoroughly familiar with the ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) for the survey and must strictly comply to those SARPs that are transposed into local standards. The contractor/agencies must be ISO certified and must provide a copy of their ISO certificate.

The Contractors/Agencies must have successfully executed at least three obstacle surveys for aviation purposes for at least three international airports in the last seven years.

Performance Period

:  Two (2) months (tentatively) from Award of Contract

: The tender Dossiers can be obtained via email procurement@scaa.sc, as of Monday 16th to Friday 20th May 2022 between 0900hrs to 1500hrs. at a non- refundable fee of SCR 500.00 for Local Bidders and EUR 30.00/or USD 35.00 for International Bidders.

Closing Date for Dossier

: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 20th May 2022 at 1500hrs.

  

SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Monday 06th June May 2022 at 10:00 am. The meeting point shall be at the Seychelles International Airport. Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder. Please note that international bidders shall bare the full cost of the visit.

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “SERVICES FOR OBSTACLE SURVEY AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, MAHE, SEYCHELLES. NOT LATER THAN 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON WEDNESDAY 15TH JUNE 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE.
