PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES AT THE ILE DU PORT DEPOT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The SPTC expects the Canteen/Take-Away/Tuck Shop Operator to deliver efficient and quality services at all times.

The Operator shall;

  • Must have a valid licensed and registered as caterer
  • Must have a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for tax purposes
  • Shall provide all necessary equipment such as chillers, refrigerators,

  freezers, food warmers etc...

The SPTC requires the Operator to provide proposal for catering services for a daily basis as follows;

  • Weekdays (Monday to Friday) 30 a.m to 3.00 pm
  • Saturdays          30 a.m to 3.00 p.m
  • Sundays 00 a.m to 1.00 p.m

Provide variety of snacks, lunch, water, Juice and Soft Drinks according to the specification provided to, its staff and general public.

  • Be responsible for the entire control of the Canteen/Take-Away and shall ensure a high level of hygiene
  • Abide and respect the condition and procedure
  • Be liable to pay a monthly rent to the SPTC

The scope of work can be obtained at the Seychelles Public Transport Corporation, Head Office, Bus Terminal, Victoria, Mahé (Reception Desk) as of Monday 20th June, 2022 09:00am to 03:00pm to Friday 24th June, 2022 03:00pm.

Pre-Tender Meeting / Site Visit

Mandatory site Information meetings has been organized for Monday 27th June 2022 at 10:00 am at the Ile Du Port Depot.

It is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend both the pre-tender meeting and the site visit. Bidders who fail to attend either the pre-tender meeting or the site visit shall be disqualified from the evaluation process.

Interested Individual/companies should submit the documents as listed above along with signed sealed Expression of Interest marked; “Expression of Interest for Catering Services at SPTC Premises Ile du Port” at the Seychelles Public Transport Corporation Reception Area no later than Wednesday 06thJuly 2022 at 3pm.

No Expression of Interest will be accepted past the deadline.

  2. Proof of verifiable of applicant of similar services.
  3. Copies of Registration Certificate and valid Business Licenses.

Applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the short listed applicants only.
