Compulsory Site Visit : Two (2) compulsory site information meetings & visits has been organized for;

1.   Thursday 21st July 2022 at 0900hrs at the Seychelles International Airport

2.   Friday 22nd July 2022 at 0900hrs at the Praslin Domestic Airport

Access to Tender Dossier:  The Tender Dossier can be obtained at the SCAA Head Office, Seychelles International Airport at Pointe Larue, as of Thursday 07th July 2022 to Wednesday 13th July 2022 between 9:00am to 3:00 pm.

NOTES: The tender dossier is available at a non- refundable fee of SCR 500.00.

Closing date for Dossier :  The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier Wednesday 13th July 2022 at 3.00pm.

Submission of Tenders;

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF SCAA’s TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, MAHE, SEYCHELLESNOT LATER THAN 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 04TH AUGUST 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL

BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER MANUALLY.
