The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  • Zhongtian Technology Submarine Cable. Co., Ltd (China)
  • Nexans (Germany)
  • NKT Cables (Germany)
  • Trato Cavi (Italy)
  • NSW Cables (Norway)

The tender is restricted only to potential cable manufacturers that can supply / deliver to the requirement within a specific time frame.

Any potential bidder requiring any information on this procurement or wishing to participate in this procurement, may contact or submit their interest containing the below submission requirements via email to the Procurement Department of the PUC based at Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue.

The following information must be submitted along with the EOI.

  • Technical literature of the required cable along with past test reports.
  • List of past supplies rendered in this field.

Deadline for submission of interest should be done no later than Thursday 21st July 2022.
