TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) SUV VEHICLE 4X4

Subject : The vehicle will be used by Inner Island Unit for their regular   inspection and site visits  

Period of Delivery :  Three (3) Months from the date of award of the contract.

Access to tender Dossier  : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Agriculture, Climate Change and Environment, Botanical Garden, Mont Fleuri as from Wednesday 10^th August 2022 from 9.00am to 12pm & 1pm to 3pm

Closing date for Dossier  : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 17^th August 2022 at 3:00 pm.

Note: The tender dossier is available for free for all interested bidders.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL TENDER BOARD, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) SUV VEHICLE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE BEFORE 10.30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 29^TH AUGUST 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
