Subject :To be used for site visits by the technical teams and daily office operations.

Period of Delivery : Three (3) Months from the date of Contract Award

Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at Public Enterprise Monitoring Commission, 3rd Floor, Sunshine House Providence as from Monday 22nd August 2022 from 9.00 am at 12.00pm.

Closing date for Dossier:  The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 26th August 2022 at 12.00pm

Note: The tender dossier isavailable for free for all interested bidders.

Submission of Tenders :

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/procurement-of-vehicle-car, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 10.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 01ST SEPTEMBER 2022. THE BIDDER ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLE (CAR) FOR PUBLIC ENTERPRISE MONITORING COMMISSION” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00A.M (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE.  ONLY ONE BIDDER OR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. 

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
