Conditions
• Tender is opened to all local and registered suppliers of IT equipment
• All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR)
• All above goods are to be delivered to DICT and must include warranty period services.

The tender documents can be obtained from the Department of Information Communication Technology (DICT), 3rd Floor, Caravelle House as from Wednesday 07th September, 2022 at 9.00AM upon payment of non-refundable fee of SR100. The closing date for the collection of tender’s dossier shall be the Tuesday 13th September 2022 at 3.00PM. Bidders can view the document before purchasing

NOTE: Bidders may inspect the bidding document prior to purchase

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre tender meeting scheduled for Thursday 15th September 2022 at 2.00PM at DICT, 3rd Floor Caravelle House. Bidders failing to attend the pre-tender meeting will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF DATACENTER HARDWARE 2022” AND PLACED IN TENDER BOX SITUATED AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, BEFORE 10.00AM ON Monday 03rd October, 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AT 10.00AM.

BIDDERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
