Conditions
• The tender is opened for all locally registered and Licensed PEST Control Operators in Seychelles.
• All pricing should be in Seychelles Rupees (SR)
• Contract Duration – One (1) Year
• Provide proof of verifiable previous experiences of similar work within the last (5) years

The tender documents can be obtained on Mahe at Account Section, SEYCHELLES FISHING AUTHORITY, ESPACE BUILDING, Victoria from 9.00a.m to 2.30p.m on Thursday 8th September 2022 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00. The closing date for the collection of the tender’s dossiers shall be on Wednesday 21st September 2022 at 2.30 pm.

Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier.
Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory site visit followed by a pre-bid meeting scheduled to take place on the following dates and venues listed below:

Failure to attend both the pre-bid meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “THE PROVISION OF PEST CONTROL SERVICES- SFA” AND SUBMITTED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB), FIRST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA FOR MAHE ON OR BEFORE Monday 3rd October 2022 AT 11:00 AM.

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00 AM AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING.

ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
