TENDER FOR NETWORKING AT THE NEW BELONIE SECONDARY SCHOOL

 Scope of Service

The Scope shall entail the following:

  • Provision and installation of network within New Belonie Secondary School.
  • Provision for extension of network at the new Belonie Secondary school
  • Contract Duration – 90 Days

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document can be obtained from the Accounts Section, Ministry of Education, Mont Fleuri as of Monday 10th November, 2022 up to Friday 14th November 2022 from 9:00am to 3:00 pm upon a non-refundable fee of SR150.00.  No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Monday 17th October, 2022 11.00am at Belonie Secondary.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “NETWORK AT THE NEW BELONIE SECONDARY SCHOOL ” and deposited at the National Tender Board, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Republic of Seychelles before 10:00am Seychelles Time on Monday 24th October, 2022

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00am on Thursday 24th October 2022 at the National Tender Board. Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session. 

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
