Eligibility: All Local License and registered business dealing in tailoring Services to tender on equal term

Period of Delivery: Three (3) months

Access to Tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 at the Immigration Department at the Reception Independence House, 1st Floor, as of Monday 24th October 2022 from 09:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Bidders may inspect the tender document prior to purchase.

Closing date for Dossier: The closing for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 28th October, 2022 at 3:00pm.

No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period

Pre-Tender Meeting: Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Monday 31st October 2022 at 10.00 amat the Department Conference Room, 1st Floor of Independence House in Victoria.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “SUPPLY AND SEWING OF UNIFORM FOR IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE CLOSING AT 10:30AM SEYCHELLES TIME ON MONDAY 14TH NOVEMBER 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE CLOSING AT 10:30AM SEYCHELLES TIME AT THE SAME VENUE ABOVE.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOMED TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
