Eligibility: All licensed and registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.
Subject: The Car is to be used for SPA daily operation.
Period of Delivery: Three (3) months from the date of Contract Award
Access to tender Dossier: Hard Copy of the Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Section Office at the Seychelles Ports Authority as of Friday 28 October 2022 to Friday 04 November, 2022 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs

Closing date for Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Thursday 03 November, 2022 3.00PM

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/procurement-of-vehicle-one-1-car, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON WEDNESDAY 16 NOVEMBER, 2022. THE BIDDER ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLE – ONE (1) CAR FOR THE SPA” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.
TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1ST FLOOR MAISON DE MAHE. BIDDERSOR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
