REQUEST FOR THE SERVICES OF A LAND SURVEYOR FOR UPGRADING AND REFURBISHMENT OF STRUCTURAL MONITORING SYSTEM AT ROCHON DAM

or Hard copy for a non-refundable fee of SCR 200.00 from the PUC’s Procurement Office at Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue.

Bidding document shall be issued as from Thursday 03rd November 2022 to Thursday 10th November 2022 from 9:00am – 12 noon and 1:00pm – 4:00pm. 

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.

Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Monday 14th November 2022 at 10:00amat the Conference Room, PUC Office,Electricity House, Roche Caiman.

Site-Visit: A site visit will be held on the project site starting at Rochon Dam on Monday 14th November 2022 after the pre-bid meeting.

Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.

Submission of Tender:  Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Upgrading and Refurbishment of Structural Monitoring System at Rochon Dam” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria.

Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Monday 28th November 2022 at 10:00am.

Opening of Tender:  Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 28th November 2022 at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé not later than 10:00am Seychelles time.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
