Conditions

  • The offers should be CIF basis to Mahe, Seychelles.
  • The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within three (3) months from Date of Award.
  • Desktop Computers should meet the specifications provided

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Monday 07th November 2022 up to Friday 11th November, 2022from 10:00am to 3:00 pm.  No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period. The bidding document shall be purchased at a fee of SR 150.00 at the Accounts Section at the Ministry of Education.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled forMonday 14th November 2022  10.00am at the Procurement Section, Ministry of Education Mont Fleuri.  Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCURMENT OF DESKTOP COMPUTERS FOR SBSA” and send to The National Tender Board, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Republic of Seychelles before closing at 11:00am  Seychelles Time on Tuesday 22nd November,2022.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 11:00am on Tuesday 22nd November,2022. at the National Tender Board. Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session. 

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
