PROCUREMENT OF FURNITURE & ELECTRONIC WHITEBOARDS

Bidders may participate in One (1) or all lots.

Bidders will be eligible to be awarded with One (1) or both lots.

         Conditions

-        The tender is opened to locally registered/ licenced companies/suppliers only.

-        All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SCR) and inclusive of all taxes.

-        All the above goods to be delivered to the University of Seychelles Anse Royales campus

-        The successful supplier will have to ensure delivery within THREE (03) months from date of award of contract

The tender documents can be obtained from the Finance Section, University of Seychelles Anse Royale, Mahé, Seychelles as from10:00am to 3:00 pm Monday 07th November 2022, uponpayment of a non-refundable fee of SR150. The closing date for the collection of tender dossiers shall be 3:00 pm Friday 11th November, 2022. Bidders will be allowed to inspect the tender document prior to purchase.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Monday 14th November 2022 10.00am at the University of Seychelles Anse Royale.  Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FURNITURE AND ELECTRONIC WHITEBOARDS” AND PLACED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, FIRST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 10:30am on Tuesday 22nd November,2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30am LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED.
