Eligibility : All licensed and registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.

Subject: To undertake the administrative duties on Mahe and Praslin which also entails transporting of staff.

Period of Delivery : Three (3) months from the date of Contract Award

Access to tender Dossier  : The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Seychelles Revenue Commission , Administration Section, Maison Collet 2^nd Floor Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles as from 9.00am to 3.30pm Friday 11^th November 2022 to Thursday 17^th November 2022

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/procurement-of-one-1-bus-and-one-1-car, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 11:30HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 24^th NOVEMBER 2022. THE BIDDER ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “Procurement of One (1) Bus and One (1) Car” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.  

TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:30HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER
