Project Title : Procurement of Vehicles one (1) SUV 4WD and one (1) Car

Eligibility : All licensed and registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.

Subject : Procurement of Administrative vehicles.

Period of Delivery : Three (3) months from the date of Contract Award

Access to tender Dossier : The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Immigration & Civil Status Department, Reception Office , 1st  Floor , Independence House Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles as from 9.00am to 3.30 pm Tuesday 15th  November to Monday 21st November 2022.

Submission of Tender Dossier:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/procurement-of-1-car-and-1-and-1-sport-utility-vehicle-suv-4wd-four-wheel-drive-jeep, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1000HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON TUESDAY 29TH NOVEMBER 2022. THE BIDDER ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLES FOR IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.  TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER
