PROCUREMENT OF FOUR VEHICLES

The Procurement of Vehicles are divided into Lots of Three (3) as follows: 

  • Lot 1 – Two (2) SUV
  • Lot 2 – One (1) Van
  • Lot 3 – One (1) Twin Cab Pick Up 
  1. Bidders may participate in one (1) or all lots.

      ii.    Bidders will be eligible to be awarded with one (1) lot or all lots.

SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government budget

Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject: Vehicle is to be used for transfer of hosted clients including VIP and staff.

Period of Delivery: Three (3) Months from the date of Contract Award

Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the following links www.tourismseychelles.com or at the Tourism Department Head Office, Botanical House, Ground Floor, as from Tuesday 15th November 2022 from 9.00am to 4.00pm

Closing date for Dossier: The closing date for obtaining/downloading the tender dossier is Friday 18th November 2022.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/procurement-of-four-4-vehicles, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 11:30HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON Wednesday 23th NOVEMBER 2022. THE BIDDER ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “Procurement of four Vehicles” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.   TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:30HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
