PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT’S AND TONERS.

 Eligibility:

  • The tender is opened to all local licensed suppliers.
  • The bidders should have experience in supplying IT Equipment’s and Toners to Government Organisations/Departments or private companies in Seychelles for more than two (2) years.
  • All pricings should be provided in Seychelles rupees (SR).
  • Authorised resellers Certificate and Documentary Proof that the Equipment are genuine.
  • Specifications are included in Appendix III of the Price Schedules.

Performance Period: Within Six (6) weeks from award of Contract.

Access to Tender Dossier: The tender document can be obtained from Financial Service Authority (FSA) Reception Office, Bois De Rose Avenue, Victoria Mahe Seychelles from Thursday 17th November 2022, between 8.30 a.m. to 3p.m. The closing date for requesting the tender dossier shall be Friday 25th November 2022 at 12.00p.m. Any queries, remarks and/or suggestions shall be sent by email to Mr. Dereck Volcy, Procurement Manager before Monday 05th December, 2022. All clarifications or addendum will be forwarded to all bidders who have requested a copy of the tender documents.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT’S AND TONERS” AND BE PLACED IN THE TENDER BOX SITUATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), FIRST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 10:30AM ON TUESDAY 13th DECEMBER, 2022. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 A.M. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
