Tender for lease for Development in the Light Industrial zone on Eve Island

Purchase of tender dossier

The Tender Document can be obtained as of Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 08:30 am at a cost of SR500.00 at the Ministry of Investment, Entrepreneurship and Industry Office, Pension Fund Complex, 1st Floor, Room 22, Grand Anse Praslin between 8:00am to 4:00pm.  (Cheques should be made out to the Government of Seychelles). The deadline for purchase of Tender Documents is at 3:00 p.m., on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 3:00 pm.

Site visit

One (1) mandatory Pre-Bid meeting, to be followed by site visit, has been organized on Friday, December 2nd, 2022, at 10:00 am. The meeting location shall be on Eve Island.

Tender Submission

Tenders should be completed in English, submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for lease for Development in the Light Industrial zone on Eve Island” clearly written. The Envelop is to be deposited in the Tender Box at the Ministry of Investment, Entrepreneurship and Industry office, Pension Fund Complex, 1st Floor, Room 22, Grand Anse, Praslin on December 13, 2022, at 9:00 am.

Tenders will be opened after closing by 9:00amBidders or their representatives are welcomed to attend the tender opening session.

Any bid received after the deadline, shall not be accepted and shall be returned to the bidder unopened.
