Conditions

  • The tender is opened to locally registered Cleaning Contractor /Agencies.  
  •  Bidders who have already been awarded a contract in the previous Government Coordinated cleaning tender will not be eligible to participate in this tender.
  • They do Not possess any of the following civil works licenses; Class 1, 2, 3
  • All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR)

The tender documents can be obtained from the Accounts/Administration Section, Public Service Bureau, National House as of Wednesday 11th January 2023 from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 3:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 100.00. The closing date for collection of tender dossier shall be on Wednesday 18th January 2023 not later than 3:00pm.

 A mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit has been scheduled on Friday 20th January 2023 at 10.00 am at the Public Service Bureau, National House, Mont Fleuri.Failure to attend the site information meeting / site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “TENDER FOR MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS AT THE NATIONAL HOUSE” AND PLACED IN THE TENDER BOX SITUATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), FIRST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.00AM ON MONDAY 30TH JANUARY 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED MMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT10:00 AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

 ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
