Eligibility  : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject  : Vehicles is to be used for Home Visit & Transfer Patient.

Period of Delivery : Four (4) Month from the date of Contract Award

Access to tender Dossier :The tender Dossiers can be obtained at HCA Procurement Unit, CMS Store Building, Seychelles Hospital, Mont Fleuri as from Thursday 19^th January 2023 between 9.00am to 2.30pm

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 25^th January 2023 at 2.30pm

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/hca-the-procurement-for-the-supply-of-vehicles,  WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1000HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON  THURSDAY 16^TH FEBRUARY 2023 .  THE BIDDER ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLES FOR HEALTH CARE AGENCY” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1^ST FLOOR MAISON DE MAHE. BIDDERS OR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION
