Eligibility : All licensed and registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.

Subject : The vehicle will be used for duty.

Period of Delivery  : Three (3) months from the date of Contract Award

Access to tender Dossier: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Seychelles National Institute for Culture, Heritage and the Arts, Reception Office , 4^th   Floor , Maison Esplanade Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles as from Monday 06^th February to Friday 10^th February 2023 9.00am to 3.30 pm

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/procurement-of-one-1-car, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 20^TH FEBRUARY2023 at 11:00am. THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) CAR FOR THE SEYCHELLES NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR CULTURE, HERITAGE AND THE ARTS” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.  TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER
