THE SEYCHELLES PUBLIC TRANSPORT CORPORATION INVITES TENDERS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF RADIAL

  1. Avalid licensed from Seychelles Licensing Authority (SLA),
  2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial year 2023 and;
  1. Detailed Brochure Inclusive of Pictures, Literature of goods quoted, incl. ISO Certification or any other Internationally Recognized certification for tyres

Period of Delivery: CIF; SPTC Warehouse, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles

In four consignments, shipped of not less than 210tyres per container

First Shipment, of 210tyres, ETA Seychelles 12 weeks from the date of contract award and;

Balance shipment to be delivered every six months interval   from the previous Shipment

Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Seychelles Public Transport Corporation, Head Office, Bus Terminal, (Finance Department) Victoria, Mahé, as of Tuesday 28th February, 2023 to Wednesday 08th March 2023 duringthe hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm.

The Bidding Document shall be purchased at a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00. Bidders are allowed to inspect the documents prior to purchase. No Bidding Document shall be made available past this deadline period.

Pre-Bid Meeting Bidder is welcome to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for Friday 10th March 2023 at 10.30am at the New Port Board Room in New Port Depot, Latanier Road, Victoria.

Submission of Tender Dossier 

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT OF RADIAL TYRES LT235/85R16”, and deposited in the Tender Box at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria not later than 1000hrs Seychelles Time (SCT) on Wednesday 22nd March 2023.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 1000hrs Seychelles Time (SCT) on Wednesday 22nd March 2023at the National Tender Board Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria.

ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
