Eligibility  : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.            

Period of Delivery  : Six (6) Months from the date of contract Award.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender dossiers can be obtained at the Property Management Corporation, Room 4 as from Friday 10th March 2023 from 9.00am to 2.30pm.

Tender Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Thursday 16th March 2023 at 2.30pm Seychelles Time.

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free

Bidders are invited to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Friday 17th March, 2023 at 10.30 am, Property Management Corporation, Boardroom, Rooms 135 , Oceangate House. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during the Evaluation process.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/pmc-procurement-of-two-2-new-combination-tanker-vacuum-sewage-suction-truck  WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 11.00HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON WEDNESDAY 05TH APRIL, 2023 .  THE BIDDER ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF TWO (NOS) COMBINATION TANKER (VACUUM SEWAGE SUCTION TRUCK) FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. 

TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00 HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR MAISON DE MAHE. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER
