Procurement of One (1) Sports Utility Vehicle

ELIGIBILITY: All Licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles

are eligible to tender on equal terms.

PURPOSE: Vehicle is to be used for official site monitoring and visit

PERIOD OF DELIVERY: Three (3) Months from the date of Contract Award

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the Seychelles Planning Authority, Independence House, Annex Building, 1^st Floor as from Friday 10^th March 2023 between 9.00am to 2.30pm

Soft Copy of the Tender Dossiers can be obtained via E- Mail to sheril.louise@mlh.gov.sc

CLOSING DATE FOR OBTAINING TENDER: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Thursday 16^th March 2023 at 2.30pm

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/minutes-of-tenders/seychelles-planning-authority-procurement-of-one-1-sports-utility-vehicle,  WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1000HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON WEDNESDAY 29^TH  MARCH 2023. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE SPORTS UTILITY VEHICLE FOR SEYCHELLES PLANNING AUTHORITY” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1^ST FLOOR MAISON DE MAHE. BIDDERS OR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED

TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
