SUPPLY OF HDPE (HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE) DOUBLE WALL CORRUGATED (DWC) DUCTS

Eligibility: All local and international manufacturers/ suppliers with experience in the supply of HDPE Cable Ducts and can supply the goods in line with PUC’s specifications.

Scope: Bids are invited for the supply of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) Ducts suitable for power and fibre optic cables required for stock replenishment.

The successful bidder will be required to deliver all the pipes within Eight (8) weeks ex-works basis from the date of signing the contract document.

hard copy from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue for a non-refundable fee of SCR300.00 as from Wednesday 15th March 2023 to Wednesday 22nd March 2023 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs and 13.00hrs to 16.00hrs.

 No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.

Submission of Tender:  Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Supply of HDPE DWC Cable Ducts” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles before closing at 10.00hrs Seychelles Time on Wednesday 12th April 2023.

Deadline Date & Time: The closing date for this tender is Wednesday 12th April 2023 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Wednesday 12th April 2023 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles.

Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening.
