THE SEYCHELLES PRISON SERVICE INVITES TENDERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF THREE (3) VEHICLES

The Procurement of Vehicles are divided into two (2) lots as follows:

• Lot 1 – Two (2) Fifteen (15) Seater Mini Van.
• Lot 2 – One five (5) seater Car

NOTE: Bidders may bid for one (1) Lot or bid for both Lots and will be eligible to be awarded with one (1) or both Lots.

Source of Finance : Government of Seychelles

Project Title : Procurement of three (3) vehicles

Eligibility : All licensed and registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in
Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.

Subject : Vehicles are to be used for the daily operation.

Period of Delivery : Three (3) months from the date of Contract Award

Access to tender Dossier : The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Procurement Section
Office, Seychelles Prison Service Montagne Posee, Mahe, Seychelles as
from 9.00am to 3.30pm Monday 27th to Friday 31st March 2023

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/prison-procurement-of-vehicles WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 11:00HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON WEDNESDAY 12TH APRIL 2023. THE BIDDER ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “Procurement of three Vehicles” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
