TENDER FOR RE-NETWORKING WORKS AT THE MINISTRY’S SECRETARIAT OFFICE.

The Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs wishes to inform interested contractors that it will be undertaking Re-Networking Works at the Ministry’s Secretariat, Oceangate House. through the adoption of a Limited Bidding Method in line with Section 61 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2008.

The contractors must have the manpower and capacity to do the work within the given timeframe.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:

  • SPACE 95 - Victoria
  • VCS – Le Chantier, Victoria
  • INCONEK – Office 3, Vairam Building, Providence
  • IFIX SERVICES – Beau Vallon

Any registered business/or licensed Contractors with experience in network data cable/fibre installation and skilled in all types of network cable management who have the manpower and capacity and wishes to participate in this tender or requiring information in same may contact the System Support officer, Mr.Dwane Arissol on Tel No. 2624842 or by email: darissol@cdysc.gov.sc from the Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs at Ocean Gate House by latest Friday 07th April, 2023 (Office hours only).
