PROCUREMENT OF WI-FI ACCESS POINTS AND NETWORK SWITCHES FOR THE  STATE SCHOOLS

  • Lot 1 Procurement of 260 Wi-Fi Access Points for the State Schools
  • Lot 2 Procurement of 70 Network Switches for the State Schools

Bidders may participate in one (1) or all Lots and Bidders will be eligible to be awarded with one lot only. However, in the event that participation is limited the Procuring Entity reserves the right to award two lots per bidder.

Conditions

  • The tender is opened to locally registered/ licenced companies/suppliers only.
  • The destination for delivery is the Central Store, Ministry of Education.
  • All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SCR) and inclusive of all taxes.
  • The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within 60 days from Date of Award.
  • Access Points and Network switches should meet the specifications provided.

 

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Tuesday 11th April 2023 up to Monday 17th April 2023 from 10:00am to 3:00 pm.  No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period. The bidding document shall be purchased at a fee of SR 150.00 at the Accounts Section at the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCURMENT OF WI-FI ACCESS POINTSAND NETWORK SWITCHES FOR THE STATE SCHOOL” and send to The National Tender Board, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Republic of Seychelles before closing at 10:30am  Seychelles Time on Thursday 27th April 2023

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:30am on Thursday 27th April 2023 at the National Tender Board. Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session. 

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled Tuesday 18th April at 10:00 am at the Procurement Section, Ministry of Education Mont Fleuri.  Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.
