PROCUREMENT OF ONE SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE (SUV)

Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject   : Vehicle is to be used for site visits by the technical teams.

Period of Delivery  : Three (3) Month from the date of confirmation

Access to tender Dossie :  The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Property Management Corporation, Oceangate House, Room 4 as from Tuesday 25^th April 2023 between 9.00am to 2.30pm

Closing date for Dossier   :The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier  Tuesday 02^nd May 2023 at 2.30pm

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/procurement-of-one-1-sport-utility-vehicle-suv-pmc-2 WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NO LATER THAN 1000HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON TUESDAY 16^TH MAY 2023 AT 10.00AM. THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE SUV FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.

TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA.

BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
