PROVISION FOR PEST CONTROL SERVICES AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND PRASLIN DOMESTIC AIRPORT (CORRIGENDUM)

Eligibility:

  • Tender is open to all locally registered and licensed Pest Control Operators.
  • This invitation is open to all citizen of Seychelles and should be 100% Seychellois owned entity.
  • All pricing should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SCR).
  • Bidders should submit identification copies, police clearance and GOP for each expatriate staff.

Access to Tender Dossier: Interested bidders are informed that tender dossiers can be purchased at the Procurement Unit, Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority, Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue, Mahe as of Monday 12thJune 2023 to Friday 16th June 2023 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs at a non-refundable fee of SCR500.00.

No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

Pre-Bid Site Visit:

A mandatory pre-bid site visit has been organized as follows:                              

Tuesday 20th June 2023 at 1000hrs (Seychelles Time)at the Seychelles International Airport, meeting place will be at the Domestic Terminal and Wednesday 21st June 2023 at 1000hrs (Seychelles Time) at the Praslin Domestic Airport, meeting place will be at the Departure Check-In area.

Failure to attend the pre-bid site visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during Evaluation Stage.

Submission of Tenders:

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROVISION FOR PEST CONTROL SERVICES” and deposited in the Tender Box Located at the National Tender Board (NTB), 1st Floor Maison de Mahe, Victoria,before 1030hrs(Seychelles Time) on Wednesday 05th July 2023.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 1030hrs on Wednesday 05th July 2023at the National Tender Board. Bidders are welcome to attend the tender opening.

 

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER
