PROCUREMENT OF DESKTOP COMPUTERS FOR SECONDARY STATE SCHOOLS

Bidders may participate in one (1) or all Lots and Bidders will be eligible to be awarded with one lot only. However, in the event that participation is limited the Procuring Entity reserves the right to award two lots per bidder.

Conditions

  • The tender is opened to locally registered suppliers only.
  • Computers should meet the specifications stated.
  • The suppliers should provide evidence of authorised reseller for the model that is quoted.
  • The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within 30 days from Date of Award.
  • All pricings should be provided in Seychelles rupees (SR).

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Friday 30th June 2023 up to Thursday 6th July 2023 from 10:00am to 3:00 pm.  No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period. The bidding document shall be purchased at a fee of SR 150.00 at the Accounts Section at the Ministry of Education.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT OF DESKTOP COMPUTERS FOR SECONDARY STATE SCHOOLS” and send to The National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Republic of Seychelles before closing at 10:00am  Seychelles Time on Monday 17th July, 2023

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00am on Monday 17th July, 2023 at the National Tender Board. Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session. 

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled Friday 7th July, 2023 at 10:00 am at the Procurement Section, Ministry of Education, Mont Fleuri.  Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.
