Scope of Service

The scope shall entail the following:

  • Provision of graphic designing services for product development, concepts and ideas for SCAA and SIA and associated brands for communications marketing & promotional campaigns.

 Qualification Criteria:

  • Applicants must be Locally registered in Seychelles.
  • A minimum of at least 3 years’ experience as a graphic designeror firm.
  • Applicants should be able to show proof of previous experience of graphic design works for major corporations.

Access to Tender Document

Tender document can be purchased as from Thursday 20th July 2023 to Wednesday 26th July 2023 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs at the Procurement Office Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority, Pointe Larue against a non-refundable fee of SCR500.00.

Closing Date to obtain Tender Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 26th July 2023 at 1500hrs.

NO BID DOCUMENT WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AFTER THIS CLOSING DATE.

Submission of Tenders

Completed Tender Document should be marked “Provision of Graphic Design Services” must be delivered in a plain sealed envelope addressed to National Tender Board, Maison de Mahe, Victoria and not later than Thursday 10th August 2023 at 1100hrs.

Tender Opening

Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at on Thursday 10th August 2023 at 1100hrs at the National Tender Board, Maison de Mahe, Victoria.
