PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) MINI BUS

ELIGIBILITY:   All Licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.

 PURPOSE:  Vehicle is to be used for transportation of staffs.

PERIOD OF DELIVERY:Three (3) Months from the date of Contract Award

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from Seychelles Meteorological Authority Office at Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Laure as from Tuesday 25th July 2023 until Monday 31st July 2023 between 9.00am to 3.00pm Soft Copy of the Tender Dossiers can be obtained via E- Mail from r.richemond@meteo.gov.sc

No bidding documents shall be made available past this     deadline period.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/sma-procurement-of-one-1-mini-bus WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 7TH AUGUST 2023. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) MINI BUS FOR SEYCHELLES METEOROLOGICAL AUTHORITY” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1100HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1ST FLOOR MAISON DE MAHE. BIDDERS OR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED

TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
